The DTS is an entry course required by YWAM if you wish to serve with us long term, but it is also a great course to do even if you are not planning on working with YWAM. It’s a chance to take time out from normal busy life and give God time and space to speak and move, and then to apply it to your life.

Some of the topics we have covered during lecture phase in the past include Prayer and Intercession, True Discipleship, the Father Heart of God, Worship, Missions, Stewardship, Traditional African Worldview, The Holy Spirit, Community Development, and The Family.

There will also be regular work duties, team worship and prayer sessions as well as plenty of social activities.

Our outreach destinations always include visiting the villages on the Zambezi Delta, but other locations have included villages in Northern Mozambique, Malawi and Southern Africa.

Our DTS focus is Frontier Missions - meaning we have a particular inclination towards the unreached or least-reached peoples of Africa.
